BP Lipid 382 is a novel biodegradable lipid featuring one branched lipid tail, one adipic acid-based lipid chain, and a short four carbon chain functionalized with an ionizable 3-hydroxy azetidine head group. The head group is designed to provide dual polar and ionizable functionality. This compound may be used in the formulation of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for mRNA delivery. Reagent grade, for research purpose. Please contact us for GMP-grade inquiries.

Azide-PEG-acid, MW 5,000 is a polyPEG reagent with an azide group with a terminal carboxylic acid. The azide group can react with alkyne, BCN, DBCO via Click Chemistry. The terminal carboxylic acid can react with primary amine groups in the presence of activators (e.g. HATU). The 5k PEG polymer increases the water-solubility of the molecule.
