As part of the Signal Seeker  product line, ubiquitination control beads (CUB02) have been developed as highly specific negative control beads for Cytoskeleton's ubiquitination affinity bead (UBA01 Beads) products. These control beads are far superior to beads alone, because it has mutated versions of the UBDs covalently attached to the control bead matrix. Cytoskeleton’s ubiquitin affinity beads are a powerful tool for the complete analysis of a POI ubiquitin profile. When performing ubiquitinated protein enrichment it is important to include a control bead that is as similar to the enrichment beads as possible but lacks the ability to bind ubiquitinated proteins.
