CISH Implementation Kit 1 is intended to be used in combination with digoxigenin-labeled CISH Probe for the qualitative detection of genetic abbreviations, e.g., translocations, deletions, amplifications, and chromosome aneuploidies, in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded specimens by chromogenic in situ hybridization (CISH).

CISH Implementation Kit 2 is intended to be used in combination with digoxigenin/dinitrophenyl-labeled CISH probes for the qualitative detection of genetic abbreviations, e.g., translocations, deletions, amplifications, and chromosome aneuploidies, in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded specimens by chromogenic in situ hybridization (CISH).

CISH Implementation HRP-DAB Kit is intended to be used in combination with digoxigenin-labeled CISH Probes for the qualitative detection and discrimination of human pathogen viruses, e.g., HPV, EBV, CMV, and the determination of lymphocyte clonality by detecting Ig-kappa and Ig-lambda light chain mRNA in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded specimens by chromogenic in in situ hybridization (CISH).

Live Cell Endoplasmic Reticulum Staining Kit (Blue Fluorescence) uses the ER Tracer Blue as an ER marker. ER Tracer Blue stain is a cell-permeant fluorescent dye that is highly selective for ER. This stain consists of a blue fluorescent dye and ER binder that selectively bind to ER in most of cell types.

Cell Plasma Membrane Staining Kit (Green Fluorescence) provides a fast and uniform labeling of the plasma membrane without the cell-type differences exhibited by lectins. It may be used as a segmentation tool for HCS (high-content screening), as well as to stain cellular plasma membranes for standard fluorescence microscopy. The green fluorescent stain used in the kit survives fixation, but not permeabilization, so it is not suitable for experiments that also involve probing internal targets via antibodies.
