PTK7 CHO Cell Line is a CHO-K1 cell line expressing PTK7 (Protein Tyrosine Kinase 7) (NM_002821.5) under the control of a cytomegalovirus (CMV) promoter. This cell line was generated by lentiviral transduction followed by puromycin selection and limited dilution. Individual clones were screened for PTK7 expression levels by flow cytometry and a high expressing clone was selected to generate this cell line.

MUC1 CHO Cell Line is a CHO-K1 cell line expressing MUC1 variant 2 (also known as Mucin-1 or CD227; NM_001018016.3) under the control of a cytomegalovirus (CMV) promoter. This cell line was generated by lipid-mediated transfection followed by geneticin selection and limited dilution. Individual clones were screened for MUC1 expression levels by flow cytometry, and a clone was selected to generate this cell line.

The Wild type Parental RKO Reference Standard is genomic DNA derived from a highly characterized diploid RKO cell line. The product can be mixed with single-point mutation reference standard to reach the target ideal variant allele frequency (VAF). This reference standard can be used to assess the performance of your NGS, sanger sequencing and qPCR assay, including the limit of detection, accuracy, and precision.

The EGFR V769-D770insASV Reference Standard is genomic DNA derived from a highly characterized homozygous diploid HCT116 cell line, genetically modified with advanced genome editing technology to include the mutation V769-D770insASV in EGFR on both chromosomes. The variant allele frequency (VAF) is 100%, and can be diluted using the corresponding wild-type standard to reach lower VAF. This reference standard can be used to assess the performance of your NGS, sanger sequencing and qPCR assay, including the limit of detection, accuracy, and precision.

BCMA Knockout RPMI-8226 Cell Line is an RPMI-8226 cell line in which BCMA (B-Cell Maturation Antigen, or CD269) has been genetically removed from RPMi-8226 cells using CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing by RNP (ribonucleoprotein) electroporation. This cell line has been validated by genome sequencing and flow cytometry.

The FcRn: IgG Recycling HMEC-1 Cell Pool is a HMEC-1 cell pool expressing Fc gamma receptor and transporter (FCGRT) (NM_004107.5) and beta-2-microglobulin (B2M) (NM_004048.4), separated by a T2A self-cleaving peptide, under the control of a CMV promoter, introduced into HMEC-1 cells via lentiviral transduction. This cell pool is designed to measure the uptake and recycling of human IgG antibodies (human FcRn does not bind mouse IgG). This cell pool has been validated with Nivolumab, Rituximab, Trastuzumab, anti-PCSK9 and an anti-IL-2Ra antibody. <img src="{{media url="wysiwyg/82163.png"}}" alt="" width="650" height="400" /> Figure 1: Illustration of FcRn: IgG Recycling HMEC-1 Cell Pool mechanism of IgG FcRn-mediated recycling. <br />Cells are incubated with an antibody (IgG) of interest in a low pH Dilution Buffer, allowing FcRn to bind to IgG. Cells are then washed, and IgG recycling can be

The HCMEC/D3 cell line represents an immortalized human cerebral microvascular endothelial cell line, extensively utilized in the study of the blood-brain barrier (BBB). This cell line was generated through the transduction of primary human cerebral microvascular endothelial cells with a lentiviral vector expressing human telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTERT), a crucial enzyme for maintaining telomere length and thereby promoting cellular longevity without transforming the cell phenotype. The introduction of hTERT helps these cells to bypass the replicative senescence that limits the lifespan of primary cells, allowing sustained propagation in culture. HCMEC/D3 cells retain key physiological and morphological characteristics of primary cerebral endothelial cells, making them a valuable model for in vitro studies of the BBB. These include the expression of tight junction proteins such as claudin-5, occludin, and zonula occludens-1, which are critical for maintaining barrier integrit

Expanded Human Peripheral Blood NK Cells are NK cells enriched and expanded from human PBMCs using the NK Expansion Kit (BPS Bioscience #78927), a K562 feeder cell-based system for about 2-3 weeks, and cryopreserved. Human Peripheral Blood NK Cells are >90 % pure NK cells (CD3-CD56+ cells), as measured by flow cytometry analysis. They can be used in NK cytotoxicity assays or ADCC (antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity), after thaw and recovery in NK Cell Basal Medium for 24 hours or can be further expanded using the BPS Bioscience NK Expansion Kit (BPS Bioscience #78927).
