The NK Cell Cytotoxicity Luciferase Assay Kit (NALM6) is designed to determine the cytotoxicity profile of NK (Natural Killer) cells towards the Firefly Luciferase NALM6 Cell Line. It uses the luminescence signal from Firefly Luciferase NALM6 Cell Line to measure the number of live target cells within a mixed cell population of NK and Firefly Luciferase NALM6 cells. The kit contains NK Cells, Firefly Luciferase NALM6 Cell Line, cell culture media and One-Step™ Luciferase Assay System.

TROP2 Knockout MCF7 Cell Line is an MCF7 breast cancer cell line in which human TROP2 (Trophoblast cell-surface antigen 2 or TACSTD2) has been genetically removed using CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing with a lentivirus encoding CRISPR/Cas9 gene and sgRNA (single guide RNA) targeting human TROP2. This cell line has been validated by genomic sequencing and flow cytometry.

This cell line has been validated by genomic sequencing and flow cytometry.

The DLL4 CHO Cell Line is a CHO-K1 cell line expressing human delta-like 4 (DLL4) gene (accession number NM_019074.4) under the control of the cytomegalovirus (CMV) promoter. This cell line was generated by lentiviral transduction followed by puromycin selection and limiting dilution. Individual clones were screened based on DLL4 expression by flow cytometry to obtain this DLL4 expressing cell line.

This cell line has been validated by genome sequencing, flow cytometry and luciferase activity measurement.
