sulfo-Cyanine3 DBCO is a water-soluble fluorescent dye with cycloalkyne group for copper-free click chemistry. DBCO (dibenzocyclooctyne) is a cyclooctyne with very high reactivity towards azides, still possessing good stability.

Copper-free click chemistry reaction between strained cycloalkynes (cyclooctynes), and azides, is a very fast and robust reaction. It can be used for a fast labeling with fluorescent dyes. This reagent is a derivative of water soluble sulfo-Cyanine5 dye which emits in red channel. It is useful for the labeling of biomolecules in aqueous media.

endo-BCN-PEG8-Val-Cit-PAB-MMAE is an ADC linker featuring a BCN group, a hydrophilic PEG spacer, a Val-Cit dipeptide, a PAB motif, and an MMAE warhead. The BCN group is a click chemistry handle which readily reacts with azide groups on a target molecule to form stable triazole linkages, while the Val-Cit dipeptide is a protease-cleavable motif which releases the MMAE warhead into cells via an elimination mechanism within the PAB structure.
