Staphylococcal Protein A binds strongly and specifically to the Fc region of immunoglobulin molecules, particularly IgG. The product contains five high-affinity binding sites capable of interacting with the Fc region of IgG in humans, rabbits, pigs, and other species. Biotin-Protein A, which is produced by covalently linking biotin to protein A, can be used in immunodetections, such as immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA, and immunohistochemistry.

Protein L is a cell surface protein from Peptostreptoccocus magnus that binds to the variable light chains (kappa chain) of immunoglobulins without interfering with antigen binding. In contrast to IgG-binding proteins, such as protein A and protein G, protein L can be used for the detection and purification of mammalian kappa light chain antibodies of all classes. Biotin-Protein L, which is produced by covalently linking biotin to protein L, can be used in immunodetections, such as immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA, and immunohistochemistry.

Protein L is a cell surface protein expressed by Peptostreptoccocus magnus, that binds to the variable light chains (kappa chains) of immunoglobulins without interfering with antigen binding. In contrast to IgG-binding proteins such as protein A and protein G, protein L can be used for the detection and purification of mammalian kappa light chain antibodies of all classes. HRP-Protein L is produced by covalently linking HRP to protein L. The complex can be used in immuno-detection such as immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA, and immunohistochemistry.

CHO-K1/Gqi5 is a CHO-K1 cell line stably expressing the chimeric Gqi5 alpha subunit protein which a chimeric Gq protein instead of the last five carboxyl-terminal amino acids from Gi. It is used as a host cell for transfection expression of Gi/o-coupled receptors, the constitutively expressed Gqi5 protein in the cells allows many transfected receptors which normally inhibit the cAMP pathway, to couple to Gq signal transduction and mobilize intracellular calcium. The cell line carries the hygromycin B resistance gene and is resistant to hygromycin B.

WB-MASTER Protein Standard is designed for convenient protein identification in western blot. This standard consists of seven recombinant proteins with molecular weight of 20 kDa, 30 kDa, 40 kDa, 50 kDa, 60 kDa, 80 kDa and 120 kDa. Each of the proteins contains an IgG binding site that is able to bind to primary or secondary antibodies derived from a wide range of host species. The standard thus enables direct visualization of both the protein marker and users' samples on the same western blot membrane without any additional reagents.

C-C chemokine receptor type 1 (CCR1) is a G protein-coupled receptor member of the CC chemokine subfamily of receptors. Following interaction with its specific chemokine ligands, like macrophage inflammatory protein 1 alpha (MIP-1 alpha), regulated on activation normal T expressed and secreted protein (RANTES), and monocyte chemoattractant protein 3 (MCP-3), it triggers the onset of a process known as chemotaxis. GenScript’s human CCR1-expressing stable subline is guaranteed to function properly in the calcium flux assay.
