5X Sample Buffer is used as a tracking dye for SDS PAGE gel loading. This buffer contains SDS and β-mercaptoethanol, making it suitable for denaturing gel electrophoresis. Dilute 1:4 with sample before loading.

PAGE-MASTER Protein Standard Plus is a special-designed protein standard by Genscript .The standard consists of nine proteins with molecular weight of 10kDa, 15KD, 20kDa, 30kDa, 40kDa, 50KDa 60kDa, 80kDa and 120kDa. The proteins of 15 KDa and 50KDa are pre-stained proteins coupled with blue dye for easy visualization. All the bands were highly purified, thus gives excellent performance in SDS-PAGE gels.

Streptavidin&nbsp;is a biotin-binding protein found in the culture broth of the bacterium&nbsp;Streptomyces avidinii. Streptavidin can bind to four moles of biotin per mole of protein,and it shows extremely high affinity, approximately 10,000-15,000 Da. Streptavidin lacks the carbohydrate side chains present on avidin and has an isoelectric point of 6.5 to avidin's 10 far closer to that at which most useful biological interactions occur. As a result, Streptavidin frequently exhibits much lower non-specific binding than avidin does.
