3D Bio-imaging RI (Refractive index) Matching Solution (RI=1.52) is used for Brain Slice Clearing Kit (Cat # KA7093) and Tissue Slice Clearing Kit (Cat # KA7094).

The gel shows high transparency and produced sharp separation. With its high gel strength of 1400 to 1600 g/cm2 (1.5 %), the product is best suited for electrophoresis of nucleic acid fragments with a vertical electrophoresis system. This product is a pre-cast gel for electrophoresis made with polyacrylamide. The Phos-tag contained in a gel during SDS-PAGE supplements the phosphoproteins, retarding the electrophoretic velocity of the phosphoproteins. In this way, the phosphoproteins and unphosphorylated proteins can be detected as separate bands.
