NisslFluor™ Green Nissl stain will stain the soma and proximal reaches of dendrites, cytoplasm, and nuclei of neurons a fluorescent green color under blue light excitation. Nissl substance is not normally found in the axon hillock or the axon itself. NisslFluor™ Green will be of high contrast, resolution, and brightness and resistant to fading. Visible under blue light (450-495 nm) excitation. This fluorochrome demonstrates little fluorescence under green light excitation (500ヨ570 nm) or UV excitation (330-380 nm).</div>

LipoFluor-P1™ is a cell-permeant stain with an affinity for polar lipids which can be used in a wide variety of live and fixed samples. LipoFluor-P1™ provides excellent and rapid lipid staining used for fluorescent microscopy applications and automated imaging. This stain is an effective tracer of lipids (e.g. cholesterol, sphingolipid and phospholipid) and intracellular localisation. This stain allows for simple and quick application and is ideal for epifluorescence, confocal and multiphoton microscopy. It can be used on live and fixed samples and is compatible with other dyes. LipoFluor-P1™ has a large Stokes Shift, is resistant to photobleaching and demonstrates low cytotoxicity.

LipoFluor-P2™ is a cell-permeant stain for intracellular lipid droplets and the endoplasmic reticulum. This tracing reagent can be used on live and fixed cells and is compatible with other dyes. LipoFluor-P2™ has a large Stokes Shift, shows excellent resistance to photobleaching, and demonstrates low cytotoxicity.

LipoFluor-ER2™ is a cell-permeant stain for the endoplasmic reticulum with unique spectral properties, which makes it particularly useful for antibody double- and triple-labelling experiments. LipoFluor-ER2™ is highly compatible with green, red and far-red fluorophore-labelled antibodies and has been successfully used to image the endoplasmic reticulum in human and other mammalian cell lines. It passively diffuses across the plasma membrane into the cell, stains at low concentrations and has minimal cytotoxic effects. This tracing reagent can be used on live and fixed samples, is compatible with other dyes, shows excellent resistance to photobleaching and demonstrates low cytotoxicity.
