RIPA Lysis Buffer is a complete cell lysis solution reagent used for rapid and efficient total cell lysis and solubilization of proteins from both adherent and suspension cultured mammalian cells, effectively extracting cytoplasmic, nuclear and membrane proteins. RIPA lysis buffer is highly compatible with various downstream protein analysis applications.

DAB (3,3'-Diaminobenzidine) is extensively used in IHC as a chromogenic substrate for the peroxidase (HRP) enzyme, resulting in a brown-colored precipitate at the site of enzyme activity. It is favored for its high-resolution staining and compatibility with light microscopy.

BCIP/TNBT (5-Bromo-4-chloro-3'-indolyphosphate p-toluidine salt/ Tetrazolium nitro blue tetrazolium chloride) is utilized in combination as a chromogenic substrate for alkaline phosphatase (AP) in various applications, including WB and IHC. The reaction produces an insoluble dark purple/blue precipitate. This substrate is particularly useful for chromogenic detection in blotting and in situ hybridization assays due to its high sensitivity and resolution.
