The CDH17 Lentivirus are replication incompetent, HIV-based, VSV-G pseudotyped lentiviral particles ready to transduce almost all types of mammalian cells, including primary and non-dividing cells. These viruses transduce cells with human CDH17 (cadherin 17) (NM_004063.4) driven by a CMV promoter. The lentiviruses also transduce a puromycin selection marker.

The PTK7 Lentivirus are replication incompetent, HIV-based, VSV-G pseudotyped lentiviral particles ready to transduce almost all types of mammalian cells, including primary and non-dividing cells. These viruses transduce cells with human PTK7 (Protein Tyrosine Kinase 7) (NM_002821.5) driven by a CMV promoter. The lentiviruses also transduce a puromycin selection marker.

The Firefly Luciferase Lentiviruses are replication incompetent, HIV-based, VSV-G pseudotyped lentiviral particles that are ready to infect almost all types of mammalian cells, including primary and non-dividing cells. The viruses transduce firefly luciferase under the control of an EF1A promoter.

The Firefly Luciferase-eGFP Lentiviruses are replication incompetent, HIV-based, VSV-G pseudotyped lentiviral particles that are ready to infect almost all types of mammalian cells, including primary and non-dividing cells. These viruses transduce firefly luciferase and eGFP (Luc2-P2A-eGFP) driven by an EF1A promoter (Figure 1). The luciferase and eGFP proteins are co-expressed under the EF1A promoter in the cells, allowing greater flexibility for detection of the transduced cells.
