The Sensitive EdU Cell Proliferation Kits combine all the advantages of their very popular predecessors – the EdU Cell Proliferation Kits – with a brand new fluorescence enhancer system. Therefore, they are just as easy to handle and as reliable, while showing outstanding efficiency and greatly enhanced signal and sensitivity. Profit from: » Exceptional sensitivity and enhanced fluorescence signals » Lower copper concentrations needed » Better signal-to-noise ratio » Optimized for low content HTS and Flow Cytometry analysis We offer these Sensitive EdU Cell Proliferation Kits for three different ranges of application: cell proliferation analysis by imaging (IM), by flow cytometry (FC) and by high throughput screening analysis (HTS). The IM kits are available for the following wavelenghts: 488 nm and 647 nm The FC kits are available for the following wavelenghts: 488 nm and 647 nm The HTS kits are available for the following wavelenghts: 488 nm and 555 nm

baseclick’s ClickTech Library Kit full-length mRNA_Seq V2.0 has been developed as a method for sequencing total mRNA of cells for transcriptome analysis. The kit provides reagents for cDNA synthesis from any RNA pool and introduces a single azide nucleotide at the 3’End of cDNA. This azido-modified cDNA can react with an 5’-alkyne-modified adapter sequence in a highly specific and biorthogonal manner under benign click reaction conditions. With the included specially designed PCR Primers, the 3’-adapter-clicked cDNA can be amplified via PCR, enabling subsequent NGS experiments or alternatively targeted gene amplifications

This ClickTech Oligo Link Kit can be used for e.g.: a) click-labeling of Oligonucleotides. b) ligating two Oligonucleotides. Compared to the enzymatic ligation “click ligation” exhibits several advantages: no byproducts, increased ligated product and easy purification of the desired product. Furthermore, several enzymes as well as a broad range of Taq polymerases accept the triazole linkage.

baseclick’s ClickTech PCR Modification Kit contains all reagents required for generating highly labelled PCR products via an easy-to-handle two-step method based on click chemistry. The Mixture of unmodified dNTP and alkyne modified- (EdUTP) nucleotides can be used in PCR reactions with the optimized baseclick Ethynyl Polymerase. The resulting PCR products contain alkyne moieties, which react with azido-derivatives of fluorescent dyes, haptnes and other labels in a highly selective fashion under benign click reaction conditions. We offer within this kit click reagents and a clickable dye of your choice (green 488, yellow 555, orange 594 or red 647) obtaining fluorescent labeled PCR products.
