The Ataxin-3 Fluorescent Assay Kit is designed to measure Ataxin-3 activity for screening and profiling applications, in a homogeneous assay with no timeconsuming washing steps. 

The key to the TMPRSS2 Fluorescent Assay Kit is the fluorogenic substrate. Using this kit, only one simple step on a microtiter plate is required for TMPRSS2 reactions. A sample containing TMPRSS2 is incubated in a reaction mixture with the fluorogenic substrate and fluorescence (λex=383nm, λem=455nm) is measured using a plate reader. Camostat is supplied as a protease inhibitor control.

The TYK2 JH2 Pseudokinase Domain Inhibitor Screening Assay Kit is designed for screening and profiling small molecules that displace the fluorescently labeled probe (JH2 probe 1) from the JH2 domain of TYK2. The assay is based on the competition of the test compound with the JH2 probe for binding to purified TYK2 JH2. Using this kit, only one simple step on a microplate is required for screening. The JH2 probe 1 is incubated with a sample containing TYK2 JH2 to produce a change in fluorescent polarization that can then be measured using a fluorescence reader.

The FXR (Farnesoid X Receptor) Agonist Assay Kit (TR-FRET) is designed to measure binding of the FXR and SRC-1 (Steroid Receptor Coactivator 1) for screening FXR agonists using TR-FRET technology. With this homogeneous kit, the FXR agonist assay can be performed by adding all materials, including the detection reagents, to the wells and incubating the plate for 2-hours at room temperature followed by reading the TR-FRET signal.

The Spike RBD (SARS-CoV-2) UK variant (N501Y):ACE2 Inhibitor Screening Colorimetric Assay Kit is designed for screening and profiling inhibitors of the interaction of ACE2 with the UK variant (N501Y) of the SARS-CoV-2 Spike RBD protein. The key to this kit is the high sensitivity of detection of ACE2-Biotin protein by Streptavidin-HRP. Only a few simple steps on a microtiter plate are required for the assay. First, Spike RBD protein UK variant is coated on a 96-well transparent plate. Next, ACE2-Biotin is incubated with Spike RBD UK variant on the plate. Finally, the plate is treated with streptavidin-HRP followed by addition of an HRP substrate to produce color, which can then be measured using a UV/Vis spectrophotometer microplate reader.

The key to this kit is the high sensitivity of detection of ACE2-Biotin protein by Streptavidin-HRP. Only a few simple steps on a microtiter plate are required for the assay. First, Spike RBD protein UK variant is coated on a 96-well transparent plate. Next, ACE2-Biotin is incubated with Spike RBD UK variant on the plate. Finally, the plate is treated with streptavidin-HRP followed by addition of an HRP substrate to produce chemiluminescence, which can then be measured using a luminometer or microplate reader capable of reading chemiluminescence.
