The PIM2 Assay Kit is designed to measure PIM2 activity for screening and profiling applications using Kinase-Glo® MAX as a detection reagent.

The cKIT (V654A) Assay Kit is designed to measure cKIT (V654A) activity for screening and profiling applications using ADP-Glo® Kinase Assay as a detection reagent. 

The IL-17RA:IL-17A[Biotin] Inhibitor Screening Assay Kit is designed for screening inhibitors of IL-17A:IL-17RA interaction. The key to this kit is the high sensitivity of detection of biotin-labeled IL-17A by streptavidin-HRP. Only a few simple steps on a microtiter plate are required for the assay. First, IL-17RA is coated on a 96-well plate. Next, IL-17A[Biotin] is incubated with IL-17RA on the plate. Finally, the plate is treated with streptavidin-HRP followed by addition of an HRP substrate to produce chemiluminescence, which can then be measured using a chemiluminescence reader.

UBCH5b (UBE2D2) is an E2 conjugating ubiquitin protein that functions in the ubiquitination of the tumor-suppressor protein p53. It is a promising drug target in cancer immunotherapy. It utilizes biotin-labeled Ubiquitin and a terbium-labeled antibody recognizing the His-tagged UBCH5b protein to complete the TR-FRET pairing. This FRET-based assay requires no time-consuming washing steps, making it especially suitable for high throughput screening applications.

The Mouse RIPK1 Kinase Assay Kit is designed to measure Mouse RIPK1 kinase activity for screening and profiling applications using ADP-Glo® Kinase Assay as a detection reagent.
