1CellPlate is a 96-well plate-based single-cell isolation device integrated with microfluidics channels. It is made of polystyrene and arranges wells as the standard well plate. The operation is by pipetting cells into the center well and distributing them through small channels to the satellite wells, to form single-cell aliquots in less than 2.5 µL volumes.
