1-Undecanoyl-rac-glycerol (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T37286). 1-Undecanoyl-rac-glycerol is a monoacylglycerol that contains undecanoic acid at the sn-1 position. It completely inhibits the growth of the bacteria B. cereus, B. subtilis, M. luteus, E. faecalis, and S. aureus when used at concentrations ranging from 250 to 1,500 mg/L.1 1-Undecanoyl-rac-glycerol (0.1 and 0.3 mg/ml) also has antifungal activity against K. marxianus, S. cerevisiae, and C. maltosa.2

Remisporine B (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T37288). Remisporine B is a polyketide and derivative of remisporine A that has been found inPenicilliumand has immunosuppressant activity.1,2It inhibits LPS- or concanavalin A-induced proliferation of isolated mouse splenic lymphocytes (IC50s = 30.1 and 32.4 μg/ml, respectively).1

Resolvin D2 n-3 DPA (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T37289). Resolvin D2 n-3 DPA (RvD2 n-3 DPA) is a specialized pro-resolving mediator (SPM).1It is formed from docosapentaenoic acid , an intermediate in the conversion of eicosapentaenoic acid to docosahexaenoic acid , in human leukocytes. RvD2 n-3 DPA (1 nM) reduces TNF-α-induced chemotaxis and adhesion of isolated human neutrophils.

Ethyl gallate (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T3729). Ethyl gallate (gallic acid ethyl ester) obviously decreases cell proliferation in MDA-MB-231 and MCF-7 cells in a dose- and time-dependent manner, exhibits cytotoxicity in a dose-dependent manner. Ethyl gallate can inhibit the abilities of invasion of breast cancer in vitro by inhibiting the mRNA levels of MMP-9/MMP-2, phosphorylation of Akt and protein expression of NF-κB and inhibits hydrogen peroxide signaling, may represent an alternative class of vasopressors for use in septic shock. Also, Ethyl gallate suppresses proliferation and invasion in human breast cancer cells by modulating the PI3K/Akt pathway, which may contribute to inhibiting their downstream targets such as NF-κB p-65, Bcl-2/Bax, and mRNA levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in breast cancer cells, could be used as potential antioxidants with safe therapeutic application in cancer chemotherapy.

Resolvin D3 methyl ester (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T37290). Resolvin D3 methyl ester is a methyl ester version of the free acid that may act as a lipophilic prodrug form that will alter its distribution and pharmacokinetic properties. The methyl ester moiety is susceptible to cleavage by intracellular esterases, leaving the free acid.

Lyso-Globotriaosylceramide (d18:1) (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T37291). Lyso-globotriaosylceramide is a form of globotriaosylceramide that is lacking the fatty acyl group. It binds to Shiga toxin 1 (Stx1) in the presence of cholesterol and phosphatidylcholine but does not bind Stx2. It also reduces viability and aggregation of human neutrophils induced by phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate when used at concentrations of 50 and 1 μM, respectively. Lyso-globotriaosylceramide accumulates in the brain, heart, kidney, liver, lung, and spleen in a mouse model of Fabry disease, a lysosomal storage disorder characterized by a deficiency in the enzyme α-galactosidase A. It also accumulates in the urine, kidney, and plasma of patients with Fabry disease. Lyso-globotriaosylceramide levels decrease in response to administration of the α-galactosidase inhibitor 1-deoxygalactonojirimycin in a transgenic mouse model of Fabry disease. Decreases in plasma and urine concentrations of lyso-globotriaosylceramide
CMPI hydrochloride (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T37293). Potent positive allosteric modulator of α4β2 nAChRs (EC50 values are 20 and 18 nM for rat and human, respectively). Selective for hα4β2 over hα3β2, hα3β4 and hα7. Inhibits (α4)2(β2)3, muscle-type and Torpedo nAChRs (IC50 values are 0.5, 0.7 and 0.2 μM, respectively), but not (α4)3(β2)2 receptors. Exhibits ability to photoincorporate into aliphatic and nucleophilic amino acid side chains.
