5-OxoETE methyl ester (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T37304). 5-OxoETE methyl ester is an esterified form of the polyunsaturated keto acid 5-oxoETE . 5-OxoETE methyl ester is an agonist of oxoeicosanoid receptor 1 (OXER1; EC50 = 1.54 μM for β-arrestin recruitment) that has a higher maximal response than 5-oxoETE in a β-arrestin assay.

6(S)-Lipoxin A4 (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T37305). The lipoxins are trihydroxy fatty acids containing a 7,9,11,13-conjugated tetraene. Lipoxin A4 (LXA4) was first described as a metabolite of 15-HpETE and/or 15-HETE when added in vitro to isolated human leukocytes. The material obtained in this manner consists of at least four distinct isomers: 5(S), 6(S); 5(S), 6(R); and the 11-trans and 11-cis isomers of each of these. 6(S)-LXA4 is one of the original four metabolites first identified by Serhan, Nicolaou, and Samuelsson. It was considered to be an artifact by these authors because it lacked the potency of the 5(S),6(R) isomer with respect to contraction of isolated guinea pig lung parenchymal strips. It has not been possible to isolate natural" LXA4 from humans or other mammals in amounts sufficient for determination of absolute stereochemistry. Most authors refer to LXA4 as the 5(S)

Nordoxepin hydrochloride (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T37307). Doxepin is a tricyclic antidepressant. Desmethyldoxepin is the primary metabolite of doxepin, produced by metabolism at the liver. The metabolism of tricyclic antidepressants, including doxepin, is affected by a variety of factors, including age, genetics, and drug-drug interactions.
Diadenosine pentaphosphate pentaammonium (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T37309). Diadenosine pentaphosphate pentaammonium, an endogenous vasoactive purine dinucleotide isolated from thrombocytes, is one component of the diadenosine polyphosphates (ApnA, n=2-7) family. These compounds are found in secretory vesicles, including those in platelets, chromaffin cells, Torpedo synaptic terminals, and brain synaptosomes[1][2].
Diadenosine pentaphosphate pentasodium (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T37310). Diadenosine pentaphosphate pentasodium, an endogenous vasoactive purine dinucleotide isolated from thrombocytes, serves as a key component of secretory vesicles in platelets, chromaffin cells, Torpedo synaptic terminals, and brain synaptosomes. This compound, along with other diadenosine polyphosphates (ApnA, n=2-7), plays a crucial role in physiological processes[1][2].
