Camrelizumab (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T37535). Camrelizumab (SHR-1210) is a human IgG4-κ monoclonal antibody with high affinity directed against PD-1, binding PD-1 with an affinity of up to 3 nM and inhibiting PD-1/PD-L1 with an IC50 of 0.70 nM. Camrelizumab exhibits anti-tumor activity and is well tolerated in cancers, including NSC-LC, ESCC, Hodgkin's lymphoma, and advanced HCC.

Carbazomycin A (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T37536). Carbazomycin A is a bacterial metabolite that has been found in Streptomyces and has diverse biological activities.1,2It is active againstS. aureus,T. asteroides, andT. mentagrophytes(MIC = 12.5 μg/ml for all), as well as the plant pathogenic fungusP. oryzae(MIC = 25 μg/ml). Carbazomycin A is cytotoxic to MCF-7, KB, NCI H187, and Vero cells (IC50s = 26.2, 30.1, 18.4, and 32.6 μg/ml, respectively).2

Amifostine thiol (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T37538). Amifostine thiol (WR-1065) is a radioprotectant that protects DNA from fast neutron-induced strand breaks.Amifostine thiol ameliorates (P<0.001) 6-OHDA-induced stiffness in a dose-dependent manner and activates p53 through a JNK-dependent signaling pathway.

Amycolatopsin A (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T37539). Amycolatopsin A is a macrolide polyketide originally isolated fromAmycolatopsisthat has antimycobacterial and anticancer activities.1It is active againstM. bovisandM. tuberculosis(IC50s = 0.4 and 4.4 μM, respectively) but notB. subtilis,S. aureus,E. coli, orP. aeruginosa(IC50s = >30 μM for all). Amycolatopsin A is cytotoxic to SW620 colorectal and NCI H460 lung cancer cells (IC50s = 0.08 and 1.2 μM, respectively).

Hydrocinnamic alcohol (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T3754). Hydrocinnamic alcohol (3-Phenyl-1-Propanol) exists in storax and fern balsam, also present in Vaccinium species fruits, guava fruit and peel, blackberry, other fruits, rum, white wine, shitake mushroom, matsutake mushroom and peated malt. It is a flavoring ingredient.

Anguinomycin A (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T37542). Anguinomycin A is an antibiotic first isolated from a Streptomyces sp. and analog of leptomycin B that is highly cytotoxic to mouse P388 leukemia cells in vitro (IC50 = 0.1-0.2 ng/ml). It also demonstrates antitumor activity at 62.5 μg/kg/day against Lewis lung carcinoma in mice.

Anhydroepiophiobolin A (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T37543). Anhydroepiophiobolin A is a sesterterpenoid fungal metabolite that has been found in B. oryzae. It is cytotoxic to HepG2 and K562 cells (IC50s = 47.1 and 35.6 μM, respectively) as well as A549, SKOV3, SK-MEL-2, XF498, and HCT15 cells (IC50s = 1.6-1.9 μg/ml). Anhydroepiophiobolin A is phytotoxic to S. viridis and D. erucoides in a leaf puncture assay.

Anhydroophiobolin A (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T37544). Anhydroophiobolin A is an ophiobolin fungal metabolite that has been found in C. heterostrophus fermentation broths. It is cytotoxic to HepG2 and K562 cancer cells (IC50s = 55.7 and 39.5 μM, respectively).

cis-9,10-Methyleneoctadecanoic Acid (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T37545). cis-9,10-Methyleneoctadecanoic acid is a cyclopropane fatty acid found in bacteria and the digestive gland of P. globosa, forming a component of S. aureus cell membranes with levels that decrease upon treatment with carvacrol. Secreted by H. pylori, it enhances histamine- and dibutyryl cAMP-stimulated acid secretion in isolated guinea pig parietal cells and activates protein kinase C (PKC) in a calcium-dependent manner.
