SY-640 (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T37859). SY-640 is an Acetamide derivative. SY-640 exhibits potent hepatoprotective effect. SY-640 reduces liver injury in mice induced by Propionibacterium acnes and Lipopolysaccharide.

Tomatine (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T3786). Tomatine (lycopersicin) is an antiproliferatve agent of breast adenocarcinoma cells.

T 26c disodium salt (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T37860). Highly potent and selective MMP13 inhibitor (IC50 = 6.9 pM). Exhibits >2600-fold selectivity for MMP13 over related MMPs. Inhibits degradation of bovine nasal septum cartilage explants in vitro . Orally bioavailable.

Talabostat (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T37861). Talabostat (PT100, Val-boroPro) is a potent, nonselective and orally available dipeptidyl peptidase IV (DPP-IV) inhibitor with a Ki of 0.18 nM.

9(R)-HODE (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T37862). 9(R)-HODE is one of several monohydroxylated products of linoleic acid. All known mammalian lipoxygenases appear to catalyze the oxygenation of arachidonic and linoleic acid to give products having strictly the (S) configuration at the site of oxygen insertion. However, both human umbilical vein endothelial cells and bovine aorta endothelial cells have been shown to produce 9(R)-HODE when incubated with linoleic acid. The physiological function of 9(R)-HODE and the enzyme that catalyzes its formation have not been determined.

9(S),10(S),13(S)-TriHOME (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T37863). 9(S),10(S),13(S)-TriHOME is an oxylipin derived from linoleic acid. It has been detected in beer and in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) from female smokers.

9(S)-HEPE (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T37864). 9(S)-HEPE is a monohydroxy fatty acid derived from EPA. The biological activity of 9(S)-HEPE has not been documented.

9(S)-HOTrE (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T37865). 9(S)-HOTrE is a monohydroxy polyunsaturated fatty acid produced by the action of 5-lipoxygenase on α-linolenic acid. 9(S)-HOTrE is predominantly localized in cellular ester lipids of Glechoma hederacea leaves and is partially released during artificial dehydration. The biological role of 9(S)-HOTrE in G. hederacea leaves is still undetermined, but it may play a role in natural senescence. 9(S)-HOTrE is an inhibitor of spore germination and germ tube elongation of rice blast fungus with ED50 values of 45 and 30 ppm, respectively.

9(S)-HpODE (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T37866). 9(S)-HpODE is produced by the action of arachidonate 5-LO on linoleic acid and can be further metabolized by potato hydroperoxide dehydratase to colneleic acid (9-oxo-10(E),12(Z)-octadecadienoic acid).
