(S)-AM1241 (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T38147). (S)-AM1241 binds to cannabinoid (CB) receptors and is selective for the CB2 over the CB1 receptor (Kis = 658 and >10,000 nM, respectively, in a membrane assay using human receptors). (S)-1241 acts as an agonist at human, rat, and mouse CB2 receptors but shows greater activity at human CB2 (EC50 = 131 nM) than at rat and mouse CB2 receptors (EC50 = 785 and 2,000 nM, respectively). Similar to the racemate AM1241 , (S)-AM1241 produces antinociception to thermal, but not mechanical, pain in rats. The pain-reducing effect of (S)-AM1241 is blocked by the CB2-specific inhibitor SR 144528 but not by either the CB1-selective inhibitor rimonabant or the opioid receptor blocker naloxone .

        (S)-KT109 (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T38148). (S)-KT109 is the (S) isomer of the diacylglycerol lipase β (DAGLβ) inhibitor KT109 . (S)-KT109 is a less potent inhibitor of DAGLβ (IC50 = 39.81 nM), DAGLα-mediated hydrolysis of 1-stearoyl-2-arachidonoyl-sn-glycerol (IC50 = 794.3 nM), and α/β-hydrolase domain-containing protein 6 (ABHD6; IC50 = 630.9 nM) than (R)-KT109 .

β-Amyloid (1-43)(human) (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T38149). The amyloid β-protein is a 39- to 43-amino acid polypeptide that is the primary constituent of senile plaques and cerebrovascular deposits in Alzheimer's disease and Down's syndrome. Additionally it acts as an inhibitor of the ubiquitin-dependent protein degradation in vitro.

Geninthiocin A (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T38150). Geninthiocin A is a cyclic thiopeptide bacterial metabolite originally isolated from Streptomyces sp. DD84. It is active against a variety of Gram-positive bacteria (MICs = 0.2-4 μg/ml), the Gram-negative bacterium C. violaceum (MIC = 19 μg/ml), and the fungus M. hiemalis (MIC = 38 μg/ml). Geninthiocin A also induces tipA promoter transcription with a minimum induction concentration of 1.2 ng/ml.

Germicidin A (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T38151). Germicidin A is a pyranone originally derived from S. viridochromogenes that acts as a reversible, autoregulative inhibitor of spore germination and hyphal elongation in the genus Streptomyces at concentrations as low as 200 pM. During germination, spores of Streptomyces excrete germicidin A along with other germicidin homologs, which inhibit germination of its own arthrospores. At higher concentrations, germicidin A can inhibit the porcine Na+/K+-activated ATPase (ID50 = 100 μM) and prevent the germination of the cress L. sativum.

Gilvocarcin M (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T38152). Gilvocarcin M is an antibiotic originally isolated from S. gilvotanareus. It is active against S. aureus when used at a concentration of 32 μg/ml. Gilvocarcin M inhibits growth of KB cells (IC50 = 0.52 μg/ml) but has no effect on survival in a P388 mouse model of leukemia when used at doses ranging from 25 to 400 mg/kg. Gilvocarcin M intercalates into bacteriophage PM2 DNA. It is toxic to rats with an intravenous LD50 value of 450 mg/kg.

SN50 TFA (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T38153). SN50 TFA is a cell-permeable inhibitor of NF-κB and attenuates alveolar hypercoagulation and fibrinolysis inhibition in acute respiratory distress syndrome mice through inhibiting NF-κB p65 translocation. SN50 TFA can be used in studies about ARDS.

N-3-hydroxydecanoyl-L-Homoserine lactone (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T38154). Quorum sensing is a regulatory system used by bacteria for controlling gene expression in response to increasing cell density. Different quorum sensing molecules are produced at different times in bacterial population growth and have distinct cellular effects mediated through changes in gene expression. N-3-hydroxydecanoyl-L-Homoserine lactone is a small diffusible signaling molecule secreted by various bacteria. This lactone is produced via lactonolysis from 3-oxodecanoyl-homoserine lactone, altering quorum sensing or contributing to quorum quenching.
