Pentafluorobenzenesulfonyl fluorescein (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T38256). Pentafluorobenzenesulfonyl fluorescein itself no fluorescence, but were in the H2O2 in sulfonyl key fluoresce when hydrolyzed. Pentafluorobenzenesulfonyl fluorescein is often treated as selective H2O2 sensors, can be used for the detection of H2O2 content in the cell.

PGDM (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T38257). Prostaglandin D2 (PGD2) plays a pharmacological role in allergic and asthmatic anaphylaxis, normal physiological sleep and lowering of body temperature, as well as inhibits platelet aggregation and relaxes vascular smooth muscle. PGDM is a major urinary metabolite of PGD2 with a unique lower sidechain that readily undergoes reversible cyclization. It is used as a biomarker to assess endogenous production of PGD2.

Phanerosporic Acid (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T38258). Phanerosporic acid is a fungal secondary metabolite originally isolated from P. chrysosporum that has antibacterial activity against B. cereus, B. subtilis, and E. coli and antifungal activity against S. cerevisiae, A. niger, O. ulmi, U. maydis, C. cucmerinum, C. cladosporioides, and B. cinerea.1 It has been used in the synthesis of macrolide derivatives.

Polygalasaponin F (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T3826). Polygalasaponin F has anti-neuroinflammatory activity, can inhibit the release of inflammatory cytokines TNF-α and NO induced by lipopolysaccharides (LPS) and reduce the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthases. Polygalasaponin F can significantly inhibit the cytotoxicity of conditioned medium prepared by LPS-stimulated BV-2 microglia (LPS conditioned media) to neuronal PC12 cells and improve cell viability. Polygalasaponin F can induce long-term potentiation in hippocampal dentate gyrus in anesthetized rats via NMDAR activation mediated by Ca(2+)/calmodulin-dependent kinase II, extracellular signal-regulated kinase and cAMP response element-binding protein signaling pathway. PS-F inhibits the secretions of neuroinflammatory cytokines by the regulation of the NF-kB-signaling pathway.

SP 600125, negative control (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T38260). SP 600125, negative control is a methylated analog of SP 600125 and can be used as a negative control for SP 600125. SP 600125, negative control inhibits DTP3 and GADD45β/MKK7 (growth arrest and DNA damage-inducible β/mediator-activated protein kinase kinase kinase 7) and is capable of restoring activation.The IC50s of SP 600125, negative control against JNK2 and JNK3 were 18 and 24 μM, respectively.

Sparstolonin B (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T38261). Sparstolonin B, a selective TLR2 and TLR4 antagonist, is an isocoumarin compound isolated from the tubers of Sparganium stoloniferum and Scirpus yagara with anti-HIV, anticancer, antitumour and anti-inflammatory activities, inhibits selective Toll-like receptors, inhibits free fatty acids It inhibits selective Toll-like receptors, inhibits free fatty acid palmitate-induced chondrocyte inflammation and attenuates post-traumatic arthritis in obese mice, and inhibits lipopolysaccharide-induced inflammation in 3T3-L1 adipocytes, which can be used for validation and mammary carcinoma studies.

Sphingosine (d14:1) (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T38262). Sphingosine (d14:1) is a bioactive sphingolipid that has been found in B. mori (silkworm), P. clarkii (crayfish), and A. aurita (jellyfish) extracts. It increases the germination rate of N. rileyi, an entomopathogenic fungus, with an EC50 value of 10.2 nM. Sphingosine (d14:1) inhibits protein kinase C (PKC) in vitro (IC50 = 7.3 mol%) as well as superoxide generation induced by phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate in neutrophils and reduces growth of CHO cells (IC50s = 19 and 8 μM, respectively).

TBK1/IKKε-IN-4 (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T38263). TBK1/IKKε-IN-4, a 6-aminopyrazolopyrimidine derivative, serves as a potent, selective inhibitor for TBK1 and IKKε, demonstrating IC50 values of 13 nM and 59 nM, respectively. This compound exhibits significantly reduced activity, by 100- to 1000-fold, against other protein kinases, such as PDK1, PI3K family members, and mTOR[1].

2-Thiophenecarboxaldehyde (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T38264). 2-Thiophenecarboxaldehyde is an endogenous metabolite.
