A-39183A (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T38321). A-39183A is an active component of the A-39183 antibiotic complex produced by aerobic fermentation of Streptomyces NRRL 12049. It has activity against penicillin-resistant S. aureus 3055 and S. faecalis X66 (MICs = 32 and 32 μg/ml, respectively) and a variety of Gram-positive and Gram-negative anaerobic bacteria (MICs = 16-128 μg/ml) in an agar dilution assay.

A-54556B (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T38322). A-54556B is a natural acyldepsipeptide (ADEP) antibiotic isolated from the fermentation broth of S. hawaiiensis. Like the closely related ADEP, A-54556A , A-54556B is effective against Gram-positive bacteria, including penicillin-resistant S. aureus. A-54556B is also effective against many strains of anaerobic bacteria.

A-943931 (hydrochloride hydrate) (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T38323). A-943931 is a histamine H4receptor antagonist (Ki= 3.8 nM).1

Coumarin Boronic Acid (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T38324). Coumarin boronic acid (CBA) is a fluorescent probe that can be used to detect peroxynitrite , hypochlorous acid, and hydrogen peroxide.It reacts with peroxynitrite at an exponentially faster rate (k = 1.1 μM/s) than hydrogen peroxide (k =1.5 M/s) and moderately faster rate than hypochlorous acid. Peroxynitrite oxidizes CBA into the fluorescent product 7-hydroxycoumarin (COH), which displays excitation/emission maxima of 332/470 nm, respectively.

Coumarin Boronic Acid pinacolate ester (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T38325). Coumarin boronic acid pinacolate ester (CBE) is a more soluble form of coumarin boronic acid that can be used to detect peroxynitrite , hypochlorous acid, and hydrogen peroxide. Peroxynitrite oxidizes CBE into the fluorescent product 7-hydroxycoumarin (COH), which displays excitation/emission maxima of 332/470 nm, respectively.

Cromolyn (sodium salt hydrate) (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T38326). Cromolyn is a chromone complex that acts as a mast cell stabilizer, preventing the release of histamine. Its mechanism of action is thought to involve an interference with the antigen-stimulated calcium transport across the mast cell membrane, thereby inhibiting mast cell release of histamine, leukotrienes, and other substances that cause hypersensitivity reactions.

Cryogenine (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T38327). Cryogenine is an alkaloid originally isolated from H. salicifolia that exhibits anti-inflammatory activity. It inhibits prostaglandin synthetase (IC50 = 424 μM) and, at a dosage of 100 mg/kg per day (p.o.), reduces paw edema and the mean arthritic index in a rat model of adjuvant-induced polyarthritis.

CU-32 (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T38328). CU-32 is an inhibitor of cyclic GMP-AMP (cGAMP) synthase (cGAS; IC50= 0.45 μM).1It reduces DNA-, but not Sendai virus-, induced dimerization of IFN regulatory factor 3 in THP-1 cells, indicating selectivity for the cGAS DNA sensing pathway over the RIG-I-MAVS RNA sensing pathway. It is also selective for cGAS over toll-like receptors (TLRs) at 50 μM. CU-32 decreases IFN-stimulatory DNA-induced production of IFN-β in THP-1 cells when used at concentrations of 10, 30, and 100 μM.

CU-76 is an inhibitor of cyclic GMP-AMP synthase (cGAS; IC50= 0.24 μM).1It reduces DNA-, but not Sendai virus-, induced dimerization of IFN regulatory factor 3 in THP-1 cells, indicating selectivity for the cGAS DNA sensing pathway over the RIG-I-MAVS RNA sensing pathway.
