Recombinant Murine I-TAC (CXCL11) (Legacy Tebubio ref. 167250-29). I-TAC is a "non-ELR" CXC chemokine that is regulated by interferon and signals through the CXCR3 receptor. I-TAC is chemoattractant for IL-2-activated T cells, but does not affect freshly isolated un-stimulated T cells, neutrophils, or monocytes. Recombinant Murine I-TAC is a 9.0 kDa protein containing 79 amino acid residues, including the four highly conserved cysteine residues present in CXC chemokines.

Recombinant Murine MEC (CCL28) (Legacy Tebubio ref. 167250-30). MEC is a secreted CC chemokine expressed primarily by epithelial cells of the bronchioles, salivary gland, mammary gland and colon. MEC signals through the CCR10 receptor, and chemoattracts resting CD4, CD8 T-cells and eosinophils. MEC contains six cysteines, including the four highly conserved cysteine residues present in CC chemokines. Recombinant Murine MEC is a 12.6 kDa protein containing 111 amino acid residues.

Recombinant Murine MIP-1beta (CCL4) (Legacy Tebubio ref. 167250-32). Both MIP-1alpha and MIP-1beta are structurally and functionally related CC chemokines. They participate in host response to invading bacterial, viral, parasite and fungal pathogens by regulating the trafficking and activation state of selected subgroups of inflammatory cells (.g. macrophages, lymphocytes and NK cells). While both MIP-1alpha and MIP-1beta exert similar effects on monocytes, their effect on lymphocytes differ; with MIP-1alpha selectively attracting CD8+ lymphocytes, and MIP-1beta selectively attracting CD4+ lymphocytes. Additionally, MIP-1alpha and MIP-1beta have also been shown to be potent chemoattractants for B cells, eosinophils and dendritic cells. Both human and murine MIP-1alpha and MIP-1beta are active on human and murine hematopoietic cells. Recombinant Murine MIP-1beta is a 7.8 kDa protein containing 69 amino acid residues, including the four highly conserved cysteine residues present in CC ch

Recombinant Murine LIX (CXCL6) (70 a.a.) (Legacy Tebubio ref. 167250-36). CXCL6, also known as LIX in mice, is a CXC chemokine that signals through the CXCR2 receptor. It is expressed in monocytes, platelets, endothelial cells, and mast cells. LIX is a chemoattractant for neutrophils. The two naturally occurring variants of LIX, LIX 1-78 (GCP-2) and LIX 9-78 (GCP-2), contain 78 and 70 amino acid residues, respectively. LIX contains the four conserved cysteine residues present in CXC chemokines, and also contains the 'ELR' motif common to CXC chemokines that binds to the CXCR1 and CXCR2 receptors. Recombinant Murine LIX is a 7.6 kDa protein consisting of amino acid residues 9-78 of the full length LIX protein (70 amino acids).

Recombinant Murine PF-4 (CXCL4) (Legacy Tebubio ref. 167250-39). PF-4 is a CXC chemokine that is expressed in megakaryocytes and stored in the alpha-granules of platelets. PF-4 is chemotactic towards neutrophils and monocytes, and has been shown to inhibit angiogenesis. Recombinant Murine PF-4 is an 8.2 kDa protein containing 76 amino acid residues, including the four highly conserved residues present in CXC chemokines.
