rac 1-Palmitoyl-2-chloropropanediol is a monoacylglycerol of palmitic acid at the sn-1 position and a chloride group at the sn-2 position. The hydroxyl group enables further derivatization or replacement with other reactive functional groups. The chlorine is a good leaving group and can undergo substitution reactions. Reagent grade, for research purpose.

1-Palmitoyl-2-arachidoyllecithin is a phospholipid with both saturated and unsaturated fatty acid attached by glycerol to the phosphate head. The sn-1 position contains saturated palmitic acid while the sn-2 position is made of highly unsaturated fatty acid (arachidonic acid). This product is provided as a solution in chloroform. Reagent grade, for research purpose.

BP Lipid 229 is an amino ionizable lipid. The ethanolamine amino lipid head enhances encapsulation of mRNA. The lipid has primary esters at C7 position relative to the amine nitrogen. The primary lipid tail has 8 carbon tail. The lipid can be used for mRNA-based therapies which depends on the availability of a safe and efficient delivery vehicle. Reagent grade, for research purpose.

16-(Amine-PEG4-ethylcarbamoyl)pentadecanoic-t-butyl ester is a PEG linker with an amine group and an alkane tail that has a terminal t-butyl ester group. The amine group is reactive with carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters, carbonyls (ketone, aldehyde) etc. The t-butyl protected carboxyl group can be deprotected under acidic conditions. The polymer can form micelles spontaneously in water. It may also be used to prepare more complex lipids for nanoparticles for drug delivery. Reagent grade, for research purpose.
