16-(Amine-PEG3-ethylcarbamoyl)pentadecanoic-t-butyl ester is a PEG linker with an amine group and an alkane tail that has a terminal t-butyl ester group. The amine group is reactive with carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters, carbonyls (ketone, aldehyde) etc. The t-butyl protected carboxyl group can be deprotected under acidic conditions. The polymer can form micelles spontaneously in water. It may also be used to prepare more complex lipids for nanoparticles for drug delivery. Reagent grade, for research purpose.

BP Lipid 306 is an amino ionizable lipid with an butanolamine amino lipid head enhances encapsulation of mRNA. The lipid has primary esters at C8 position relative to the amine nitrogen. The lipid tails have 8 carbon tail. The lipid can be used for mRNA-based therapies which depends on the availability of a safe and efficient delivery vehicle. Reagent grade, for research purpose.

mPEG-DMG, MW 2,000 is a large PEG lipid containing a DMG group and a methoxy cap. The methoxy cap is inert while the DMG group is a popular component for developing lipid nanoparticles. Varying the size of a PEG linker greatly impacts its molecular dynamics, thereby affecting DMPK and ADME properties of a given API.
