BP Lipid 315 is a cationic ionizable lipid ALC-0315 analogue featuring a Boc-protected primary amine, a central tertiary amine, and two ester tails located at the C8 position relative to the amine. One of these esters features a symmetrical branched C17 tail, while the other is an asymmetric C11 tail. Ionizable lipids such as this may be applied in the development of lipid nanoparticles for drug discovery.

LNP Trailblazer Kits are designed for quick assembly and assessment of RNA-LNPs in biological systems. Each kit includes a buffer for preparation of RNA cargo and the necessary lipids to form lipid nanoparticles. Once formed RNA-LNPs are stable in neutral pH buffers for several weeks allowing them to be used serially for repeat experiments. The kit components are compatible with bench top microfluidic mixers and hand mixing by pipette. The kit is available with pre-mixed lipids in solution (K-6300M) or with individual lyophilized lipids that the user can prepare as needed (K-6300L). General protocols for preparing RNA-LNPs based on a standard eGFP mRNA are included however optimization for each individual RNA or oligonucleotide should be done by the end user.

NT1-O14B is a new class of neurotransmitter tryptamine lipidoids (NT-lipidoids). NT1-O14B forms new BBB permeable neurotransmitter–derived lipid nanoparticles (NT-LNP) with BBB impermeable lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) of small-molecule drug such as Amphotericin B (AmB) and biomacromolecules such as antisense oligonucleotides (Tau-ASOs) and gene editing protein (green fluorescent protein (GFP)–Cre).

TT3 together with helper lipid DMG-PEG2000 Cholesterol and mRNA formed TT3 lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) which improve the delivery efficiency of firefly luciferase FLuc mRNA over 350-fold in vitro. TT3 LNPs with human factor IX (hFIX) mRNA can efficiently improve the hFIX level to normal physiological values in FIX-knockout mice.
