SiR-DNA (SiR-Hoechst*) is a live cell nuclear stain based on the DNA minor groove binder bisbenzimide, it allows the labelling of DNA in live cells with high specificity and low background. SiR-DNA is fluorogenic, cell permeable and highly specific for DNA. Sir-DNA stains the nuclei of live cells without the need for genetic manipulation or overexpression. Its emission in the far red minimizes phototoxicity and sample autofluorescence. SiR-DNA is compatible with GFP and/or m-cherry fluorescent proteins. SiR-DNA is a non cytotoxic alternative to DRAQ5. It can be imaged with standard Cy5 filtersets. SiR-DNA can be used for widefield, confocal, SIM or STED imaging in living cells and tissue. Probe quantity allows 50 – 200 staining experiments.

Flipper-TR® is a fluorescent probe that specifically targets the plasma membrane of cells and reports membrane tension changes through its fluorescence lifetime changes. It is the most advanced member of the Flipper probes family2,3), which sense changes of the organization of lipid bilayer membranes through changes of the twist angle and polarization between the two twisted dithienothiophenes of the mechanophore. Flipper-TR® spontaneously inserts into the plasma membrane of cells and is only fluorescent when inserted in a lipid membrane. It has a broad absorption and emission spectrum, excitation can be commonly performed with a 488nm laser, while emission is collected between 575 and 625nm. SPY555-actin is a bright & non toxic live and fixed cells F-actin stain based on SPY™ dyes series. Its optimized structure allows quick labeling of F-actin in live & fixed cells with high specificity and very low background. SPY555-actin stains F-actin of live or fixed cells without the need for genetic manipulation or overexpression of fluorescent proteins. Its absorbance and emission are similar to tetramethylrhodamine (TMR). SPY555-actin enables multicolor imaging with SPY505, SPY595, SPY650, SPY700, SiR & GFP. SPY555-actin can be imaged with standard TMR or Cy3 filtersets. It can be used for widefield, confocal, SIM or STED imaging in living or fixed cells and tissue.

SPY555-tubulin is a bright & non toxic live cell microtubule stain based on SPY™ dyes series. Its optimized structure allows quick labeling of microtubules in live cells with high specificity and very low background. SPY555-tubulin stains microtubules in live cells without the need for genetic manipulation or overexpression of fluorescent proteins. Its absorbance and emission spectra are similar to tetramethylrhodamine (TMR). SPY555-tubulin enables multicolor imaging with SPY505, SPY595, SPY650, SPY700, SiR and GFP.
